Yesterday was a very rough day of training. I did the same course I did tuesday, was slightly faster, but more worn out. That hill from Cherry st to the civic center is just nightmarish. But at least this time I made it non stop, instead of stopping briefly at flint st. Last night I managed a full 68 minutes on the bike trainer while watching Lost and the Office. Workouts below,
3.2 mile run from work. One grade 5 climb. 33:05 minutes, avg HR 176, Max 215, though I highly doubt that's accurate
68 minute trainer session. main set included 20 min of 30 sec X 30 sec hard effort, recovery and 28 minutes of endurance riding. Avg HR 146, max 182.
